Refund & Demo Policy

SUPERHIT is sold with a free demo so you can test the full service before you pay, and a fair refund of unused paid time if you change your mind early. This is not a money-back guarantee — it is a fair, prorated refund of the portion of your subscription you have not used.

1. Free demo — test before you pay

• New customers get a 7-day free demo (this length may be reduced to 2 days in future; the length shown at signup applies).
• The demo exists so you can confirm the service works for you before paying.
• Free demo time is never refundable (there is nothing paid to refund).

2. After payment — Fair Unused-Time Refund

• After you pay, refunds cover only the unused portion of your paid subscription time.
• Any started day counts as a used day. The minimum charge is 1 paid day.
• If 50% or more of your paid period has been used, no cash refund is available.
• If less than 50% is used, we refund only the unused portion.

3. How the refund is calculated by payment method

• Credit / debit card: the refund of unused time is reduced by the non-refundable card processor cost (currently 5%), which the processor keeps even on a refund.
• Bitcoin: the unused-time refund is valued using the BTC/USD exchange rate either on your payment date or at refund time — whichever is in SUPERHIT's favor — and the Bitcoin network (miner) fee is deducted. You will be asked for a BTC refund address.

Examples

These show how the calculation works. Exact figures depend on your plan price, days used, and the non-refundable payment/network cost.

• Buy 6 months, cancel after 30 days: about one month is used (well under 50%), so we calculate the unused paid time and refund that portion — minus any non-refundable payment processor or Bitcoin network cost.
• Buy 1 month, cancel the same day: one day counts as used (the minimum charge), so we refund the value of the remaining ~29 days, minus non-refundable costs.
• Buy 1 month, cancel after 20 days: more than 50% of the paid period is used, so no cash refund is available.

4. What is never refundable

• Free demo time.
• Expired subscriptions.
• Time already used (including any started day).
• Accounts involved in sharing, resale without authorization, or abuse.

5. Payment refunds only

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method. We do not substitute a service credit or discount coupon for a cash refund.

6. Contact us first

If you have any billing concern, contact [email protected] before opening a dispute or card chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay or forfeit any refund you would otherwise be owed, and may result in account suspension.

7. How to request a refund

Open My Subscription, look up your account, and choose “Request refund”. You will see your exact unused-time estimate before submitting. Our team reviews every request.
